Covid-19 Protocols
All Fully Vaccinated Clients and Un-vaccinated Clients please wear a mask when you arrive.
- Stay home if you don't feel well, sick/ill, have a fever or if you where in contact with someone who has Covid-19.Wear a mask when you come in.
- Wash Hands and use Hand Sanitizer before session
- We sanitize and disinfect between each client.
New Clients
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for traffic or need to use the restroom before session starts.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required for the following conditions:
*CANCELLATION- 24-hr cancellation is required. If you cancel less than 24-hr or Day of Appointment a $125 fee will be added to your next appointment.
*LATE ARRIVALS- Session will be shortened if you arrive late.
*NO SHOW- if you do not show up for your session, $125 no show fee will be added to your next appointment.
Professionalism
This is a professional, therapeutic massages, there will be no sexual contact or conduct at any time between any client and a therapist. if a client behaves in a manner that violates this professional boundary, the session will be ended will still be required to pay for the session at the full price.
Children under 18
Children under 18 (minors) receiving a therapeutic massage must be accompanied by or have the consent of a parent or guardian via a written minor consent form.
Refunds
Absolutely, no refunds for prepaid packages, gift certificates or any massage service.
HIPAA Requirements
Massage therapists will safeguard the confidentiality of all patient/client information, including patient/client records, unless disclosure is required by law or court order. Any situation which requires the revelation of confidential information should be clearly delineated in records of massage therapists.
